    Deposits

    To deposit funds into your SkyGrandLegacy account, specify the origin of the funds, which can be a bank account, online payment method, or credit/debit card. For card deposits, you must provide a scanned copy or photo of the card and complete verification per our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. The credited amount may differ from the sent amount due to associated fees from banks or online payment systems. We do not impose commission fees, but third parties might.     Withdrawals

    In compliance with POC rules, clients must use the same bank account, credit/debit card, or payment system account for withdrawals that was used for deposits. This must be done in the same currency. Be aware that additional fees and restrictions may apply to withdrawals and deposits related to trading. However, if it complies with anti-money laundering laws and adheres to all previously mentioned regulations, SkyGrandLegacy may allow fund transfers to another account. As part of the withdrawal process, clients might need to provide extra information and documentation.

    Withdrawal Process:

    The withdrawal process is as follows:

    • Log into your personal account and authenticate your identity.
    • Withdraw funds from your trading account and transfer them to MoneyBox using the "Internal Transfer" button.
    • After the internal transfer is completed, submit a request to withdraw funds from MoneyBox to your bank account or credit card.
    • Fill in the required details on the "Withdrawal" tab. If additional documentation is needed, we will reach out to you on the next business day.
    • If you have multiple active requisites, the withdrawal will be proportionally allocated based on each contribution.
    • Remember, funds can only be withdrawn from a bank account after a corresponding bank deposit has been made.
    • We do not charge any withdrawal fees, but be aware that the recipient's bank may apply a commission.
    • Upon receiving a withdrawal request, we aim to process it within 5 business days.

    Please note that SkyGrandLegacy strictly follows international regulations to prevent terrorism financing and combat money laundering. Therefore, the company does not accept or make payments from/to third parties and is not liable for any delays caused by third-party actions. Generally, bank transfers take 3 to 5 business days to complete. Withdrawals via Visa, Mastercard, and China Union Pay are usually processed within 1-2 business days after the request. However, payment processing might take up to 6 banking days after receiving the withdrawal request.

Users can easily log in to their SkyGrandLegacy accounts without needing to install any additional software. This feature enables convenient and adaptable trading, allowing users to monitor and execute trades from any location and at any time, provided they have internet access.

  • Is the Use of VPN/TOR Allowed?

    SkyGrandLegacy permits users to connect to their platform via VPN (Virtual Private Network) or Tor for enhanced privacy and security. However, it is highly recommended to use a reliable and high-speed internet connection to ensure optimal performance of the SkyGrandLegacy online interface and trading platform. A stable and fast connection is essential for smooth trade execution, real-time data updates, and an uninterrupted user experience.

  • What Currency Can Be Used for Trading?

    Yes, you can register on SkyGrandLegacy and select your preferred currency from Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), or Litecoin (LTC). It's important to note that once you complete your registration and choose your currency, this choice cannot be changed later. Therefore, consider your decision carefully before proceeding with the registration process.

  • Is a Deposit Required When Registering?

    There is no initial deposit required for registration on this site, and you do not need to provide credit card information during the registration process. However, once you're ready to start trading, you will need to make a deposit.
