Dispute Resolution

SkyGrandLegacy is operated by SkyGrandLegacy Management Ltd ®2025, with its registered office at Hardturmstrasse 161, Zürich 8005.

Dispute Resolution Process

If any conflict arises under this Agreement, both parties agree to make a genuine effort to resolve the dispute through direct negotiations. If no resolution is found, either party may proceed with confidential arbitration.

Arbitration

Arbitration will take place before a single arbitrator under the ICC ADR Rules. The proceedings will be conducted in English and held in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, or another location agreed upon by both parties. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.

Exclusive Jurisdiction

The arbitration process described above is the only method of resolving disputes. Neither party is authorized to take the issue to any court that conflicts with the arbitration process.

Account Security

When registering with SkyGrandLegacy, you must submit certain personal identification details. You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. SkyGrandLegacy will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account due to neglect in securing your login details.

Accuracy & Representation

You agree to provide complete and accurate information during registration and not impersonate another individual or entity. If registering as a business, you affirm that you have the authority to bind the business to this Agreement.

Privacy & Complaint Handling

SkyGrandLegacy respects your privacy and processes your information in accordance with our privacy policy. We are committed to handling complaints efficiently and transparently. We keep records of all complaints and actions taken to resolve them to ensure fair treatment and high-quality service.
